EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Making a return or exchange is easy and FREE.You have 14 days since the day you received your order to request your return or exchange. Click on YOUR ACCOUNT and visit your ORDER LIST, once you selected your order you have to click on START A RETURN if you find any problem with this method, your can contact us in our email (classics@okycoky.com) o or by phone (+34 986240001).
Your have to indicate us why you request a exchange or return, you can request when:
- You need another size or colour.
- You are not totally satisfaced with the clothes, or they don't fit you perfectly.
- The clothes didn't reach what you were expecting when you bought them.
Whatever it's your case, all the exchanges and returns are free.
We'll contact the delivery company, and they will contact you to choose when is the best time for you to pick up the package. All the clothes that you want to exhange or return had to be packed in our box, without use and with all the labels.
When the clothes are back in OKY^COKY, we will check the clothes and if everything is right we will return you the amount that you paid for the clothes that you give us back, using the same payment method that you used when you paid the order - the shipping cost won't be refund - as it was the order payed
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY ORDER?
Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days after delivery.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes, you can return the clothes that you want to exchange, after we refund you the money, you can purchase new order with the sizes or colors that you prefer.
