Where can I receive my order?
We can sent your order to an address selected by you (home, work, etc), but we never sent to a PO Box.
Can you sent to any country?
There is a limitation in which country can we sent, if there isn’t shipping method for your country, please contact us classics@okycoky.com and we’ll tell you when are we available to sent to your country
How long will my order take to arrive?
Depends of the shipping method that you had choose. After we recibe your order it’ll take us around 1 or 3 days to set everything and contact with the delivery company. After the company have your order, we’ll send you an email and we’ll provide you the track number if it’s avaliable
How much do I pay for delivery service?
Depends of the shipping method that you had choose, after you confirm your order and write the shipping address the system will provide you the different delivery options. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to make the purchase. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
